What are the reception hours?
Reception is open daily from 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Can I park in a guarded garage?
Paid 24-hour guarded garage parking is available through Car Valet Leonardo on Via Ricasoli 29, with vehicle collection, custody and return at the B&B available.
What are the check-in hours?
Check-in is from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.; luggage can be stored while awaiting room assignment. Check-in service is unavailable from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Check-in from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. is free by prior arrangement. Check-in from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. incurs a supplement; check-in after 7:00 p.m. is not possible.
What time is check-out?
Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. Free luggage storage is available until noon.
When is breakfast served?
Breakfast is served from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
When is daily room cleaning carried out?
Daily cleaning is from 9:00 a.m. to noon. Please vacate the room by 10:00 a.m.; otherwise, cleaning will be done the following day.
