The maximum occupancy is 6 guests. Young groups under 25 are not accepted. Quad bikes and buggies are not permitted inside the complex. Drive slowly, with a maximum speed of 10 km/h, and give priority to pedestrians. Vehicle repairs are not allowed inside the complex unless it is an emergency. Extra vehicles and larger vehicles such as boats, quads, caravans and trailers must be parked outside the complex.
Getting there
Titsiros Beach is stated as 300 m away, and Malama Beach as 700 m away. The property is not on the first beach line. A convenience store is stated as 450 m away. Nearby building works are not controlled by the property.
