The house

The apartment has an open-plan living area with an oversized L-shaped sofa, smart TV, ceiling fan and split-system air conditioning. Two balconies provide ocean views, with the primary bedroom opening onto its own balcony.

The kitchen includes a stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine and breakfast bar with stools. A dining nook seats four. Both bedrooms have a queen bed, fresh linens and ceiling fans. The bathroom has a timber vanity and walk-in rain shower. A laundry area beside the kitchen contains a washer and dryer.

A leafy path steps from the door leads directly to Kirra Beach. Restaurants are within walking distance, and Gold Coast Airport is a six-minute drive away. There is no on-site parking; free street parking is available out front. Guests must climb stairs, and the apartment is not a good fit for infants under two.
