The apartment has a furnished balcony with sea views and lift access. The living-dining room has air conditioning, a sofa, an armchair, a television and a dining table. The kitchen has an induction hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer, crockery and cooking utensils.
