## About the house

Ayubo accommodates up to 10 guests in four bedrooms and a study/living area with a double sofa bed. Two furnished balconies open from the master bedroom and main lounge. There is a covered outdoor entertainment area, BBQ grill, garden or backyard and private entrance. Each bedroom has a smart TV and heating. The main lounge has an 86-inch smart TV, sound system and split system; a separate living area has a TV and kitchenette. The home uses renewable energy and is approximately 75% energy self-sufficient. Linen, towels, toiletries, a hair dryer, cot and high chair are provided. The home is suitable for children and infants and is professionally managed with 24/7 local support. Bathrooms have under-tile heating, a heated towel rack is provided, and all toilets have smart bidet seats with air dryers and remote controls. A smoke detector is provided.

Unless previously agreed, stays are for private residential use and only for the guests recorded on the booking. Bookings must reflect the exact guest count; notify management if it changes. Treat the home respectfully and follow the house rules. One-night bookings are permitted only during some periods. Required arrival days may apply during peak periods.
