No events or parties are allowed. Outside guests are not permitted. Commercial photography requires prior arrangements. Guests are asked to secure valuables in the safe deposit box. Additional guests may be possible with prior arrangement.

The villa is in Umalas, between Seminyak and Canggu, with Batu Belig and Petitenget Beach described as only minutes away. Cafés, fine dining, boutique shops and supermarkets are also described as nearby.
