The living and dining room has three large windows, herringbone parquet, a chocolate-brown Togo sofa, two leather club chairs and a white Tulip coffee table on a red Persian rug. A wooden dining table seats six.

The kitchen has grey-green cabinetry, black countertops, an integrated oven and microwave, and a central breakfast table with Eames-style chairs. Equipment includes a hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, cookware and tableware.
