The primary renter must be at least 25 and provide proof of age. The property manager must meet guests within the first 24 hours of arrival to review local ordinances and stay rules. Up to one pet is permitted. Optional pool/spa heating is $75 per day and must be paid before check-in; arrange it before arrival. The displayed minimum stay is two nights; confirm for your dates. Getting there
Old Town La Quinta is less than two miles away, with boutique shops, dining, art shows and farmers markets. Nearly seven miles of walking and cycling paths surround La Quinta Cove.
