House rules
The minimum rental period is one month. For stays of 30 days or longer, an extra fee of 80€ applies to cover additional domestic-service charges, including water, electricity and gas, in cases of non-responsible use. A mandatory tourist tax is included in the final price; if not collected with the reservation, it must be paid in cash at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Toilet paper and shampoo are provided for the first day only.
Getting there
The apartment is on the fourth floor, with a lift in the building. The minimum rental period is one month.
