The house

The villa has 600 sqm of living space on a 4,000 sqm plot, arranged over three levels. Six en-suite bedrooms and an assisting bedroom provide accommodation for 12 guests plus 2 extra guests. A sofa bed is also available. The pool level includes a living area with terrace access, a dining area seating up to 8 and a fully equipped kitchen. A kitchenette, private gym, garden, gas barbecue, outdoor shower, sun loungers, umbrellas and indoor/outdoor sound systems are available. Kitchen equipment includes a dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso and filter coffee machines, kettle, juicer, toaster, mixer and blender. Smart, satellite and flat-screen TVs, mosquito nets, sound-proofing, anti-allergic bedding, bathroom amenities, hairdryers in every bathroom, bathrobes, slippers and bath, beach and pool towels are provided. Every bedroom has a safe. Laundry facilities include a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. The gated property has an automatic security gate, alarm, CCTV, generator, storage room and elevator. A baby cot, highchair, baby bath and power adapter are available on request. Included services comprise arrival refreshments and welcome amenities, daily housekeeping for 3+ hours, twice-weekly linen changes, daily towel and pool-towel changes, night security from 20:00 to 08:00, pool/jacuzzi freshening, concierge support and personal check-in. Babysitting, car rental, chef service, grocery supply, transfers, helicopter transfers, security, VIP reservations and yacht charters are available on request.
