The property has five 21 m² kotas, each with two rooms: a bedroom and a bathroom. Each bedroom has a 160 × 200 cm double bed and reversible air conditioning. Couple kotas accommodate two or three people, with an additional bed available in some kotas; a travel cot can be added for a child under two. Family kotas accommodate two, three or four people in a family room and have a trundle bed with two 90 × 190 cm sleeping places. A substantial breakfast is served each morning in the kota grill. Each kota has a private outdoor terrace with sun loungers and a low table. Bed and household linens are provided.
