## About the house

The property has five 21 m² kotas, each with two rooms: a bedroom and a bathroom. Each bedroom has a 160 × 200 cm double bed and reversible air conditioning. Couple kotas accommodate two or three people, with an additional bed available in some kotas; a travel cot can be added for a child under two. Family kotas accommodate two, three or four people in a family room and have a trundle bed with two 90 × 190 cm sleeping places. A substantial breakfast is served each morning in the kota grill. Each kota has a private outdoor terrace with sun loungers and a low table. Bed and household linens are provided.

Parking: Yes · A secure 32 m² garage with electrical connection and a refrigerator is available for two-wheel vehicles.

The property is in the hamlet of Pluvis in Izieu. The site is near the ViaRhôna and the Haut Rhône reserve, which can be explored on foot, by bicycle or by canoe. A walking trail borders the property and leads toward Glandieu waterfall or the village center.

An additional bed can be added in some couple kotas. A travel cot can be added for a child under two.
