House rules

Maximum occupancy is 12 people. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties and events are prohibited. Pets are not allowed under any circumstances. A credit card preauthorization of $4,200.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Shipping packages or ski gear directly to the home is prohibited; shipping to the local management address is available on request for $50 / package and $75 for larger items. Reservations require electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions. A credit card must be on file before arrival information is released. Stays exceeding eight days require a paid In-Stay Refresh arranged by the reservation team. Stays of 30 nights or longer are non-refundable and require additional cleaning arranged by the reservation team. The initial payment is 50% of the grand total, with the balance due 110 days before arrival. Cancellations before the 110-day cutoff receive the initial payment back less one night's rent, taxes and the service fee; after full payment, the amount paid is non-refundable. Early check-in and late check-out require text-message authorization from the Telluride InvitedHome team and depend on availability. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being prepared.

Getting there

Telluride Ski Resort is a short walk away, with access on Lower Sundance. Free on-demand Dial-a-Ride service serves Mountain Village, and a free gondola connects to historic Telluride. Parking is limited to five cars. The lock-off king guest suite is unavailable during ski season. Nearby construction may cause occasional noise or disruption in summer; contact the reservation team for current updates.
