House rules
Midterm bookings only. Children are welcome. Pets, parties and smoking are not allowed. Evidence of smoking may incur a minimum €200 smoking fee. Complete the online guest registration with guest details and expected arrival time. A rental contract must be signed online before arrival; check-in instructions are released only after signing. For stays longer than 30 nights, a utilities fair-use limit of 80€ applies. Extra keys cost 20€ when available; this charge also covers lost keys or a door-opening service during the stay. Extra cleaning with linen costs the cleaning fee. Extra towels and sheets for two people cost 30€ when the sofa bed is not included. Additional cleaning or linen can be requested for an extra charge. Free cancellation is available up to five days before check-in.
Getting there
The apartment is on the first floor and accessible by lift. Private parking accommodates one car. Aliados metro station is four minutes away. Praça da Liberdade is steps away; Livraria Lello and Clérigos Tower are within walking distance.
