The apartment is on the first floor of a building with a lift. Its open-plan living area has a double sofa bed, wide-screen TV and dining table, with access to a private balcony. The bedroom has a queen bed with linens, and the bathroom has a toilet and shower. Towels and toiletries are provided.

The equipped kitchenette includes cookware, cutlery, a stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. A washing machine, drying rack and ironing equipment are available. Complete the online guest registration with guest details and expected arrival time. A rental contract must be signed online before arrival; check-in instructions are released only after signing. For stays longer than 30 nights, a utilities fair-use limit of 80€ applies. Extra keys cost 20€ when available; this charge also covers lost keys or a door-opening service during the stay. Extra cleaning with linen costs the cleaning fee. Extra towels and sheets for two people cost 30€ when the sofa bed is not included. Additional cleaning or linen can be requested for an extra charge. Free cancellation is available up to five days before check-in.
