House rules
The minimum age to rent the property is 25. No smoking, pets or parties. After booking confirmation, guests must complete an online pre-check-in form to confirm identity and booking details and provide an official photographic identification document.
Getting there
The apartment is on the sixth floor and can be accessed by a lift. The WC is separate from the bathroom. A cat normally lives here; the home may not be suitable for guests with allergies.
