Smoking is prohibited inside the apartments; designated smoking areas with ashtrays are provided on the hotel grounds. Quiet hours are 22:00–10:00. Noisy parties require renting the entire hotel. Outside visitors may be in an apartment from 11:00 to 21:00 only in exceptional cases, if capacity permits and the administrator approves; later stays require payment for an extra place. Keep apartments clean and orderly; do not move dishes or furniture between apartments. Guests are responsible for damage. Early check-in and late checkout may be possible subject to room availability. A travel cot and high chair are available on request. Laundry is available on request. Barbecue utensils are available on request. Waste removal and replenishment of hygiene supplies are daily; bed linen and towels are changed every three days, with towel changes available on request. Staff wash dishes after checkout; daily dishwashing during the stay is available for an additional charge.
