The hotel is open seven days a week by reservation. An access code is available on Sunday and Monday evenings. Pets are accepted for €8 per day. The hotel and restaurant have stated closure periods, including July 12 after lunch through July 22, 2026, inclusive; the separately published December–January closure dates appear inconsistent and need confirmation.
Getting there
The hotel is in Carspach, near Altkirch. Some rooms have balconies. Two rooms are identified as adapted for guests with reduced mobility; the hotel and restaurant are stated to be wheelchair accessible. The elevator cabin is 1 m deep and 79 cm wide. A garage is available for vehicles no larger than 2.12 m high, 2.80 m wide and 5.75 m long.
