Check-in is from 17:00 to 20:00; self check-in after 20:00 may be possible by prior arrangement. Check-out is by 10:00. The reception is open Monday–Saturday 7:30–10:30 and 17:00–20:00; Sunday reception hours are stated as ending at 19:00. Pool use is unsupervised and the parents’ responsibility; pool hours are 9:00–21:00, with no diving and no glass around the pool. One small or medium-sized pet per room is permitted for €15 per night, subject to the stated pet conditions. Rooms are non-smoking.
