To cancel without charge, notify the inn 72 hours in advance. With 48 hours' notice, 50% of the reservation charge is charged. At 24 hours' notice or less, 100% is charged; no cancellation charge applies if the room is re-rented. Room prices vary by season and number of guests. The inn is open April 1 through December 31.

The inn is in the village of Bic, in the Rimouski sector. Rimouski city centre is 15 km away; Québec City is 285 km east and Montréal is 515 km east. Parc national du Bic, Golf du Bic, Aventures Archipel and Théâtre du Bic are within 3 km.
