Pets are accepted for an additional charge. The hotel is open 24 hours. Monday to Friday, reception access is from 7:00 to 22:00; after 22:00, entry is by keypad code. Saturday and Sunday, reception access is from 8:00 to 22:00; after 22:00, entry is by keypad code. In the off-season, reception is closed on Fridays and Sundays and hotel entry is by keypad code, except for bookings made directly with the reception service.
