The 300 m² house spans two floors, with stone-lined walls and wooden beams. The ground floor has a living room with satellite TV and a CD player, a kitchen with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave and cooking utensils, and an adjoining dining area seating ten. A double bedroom, a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet are on this floor. Upstairs are a second living area with two sofas, two twin bedrooms, one double bedroom and another bathroom with a bathtub. All four bedrooms have fans and wardrobes. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are in one of the bathrooms. A crib is available.

Outside, the private chlorine pool measures 5 × 10 m and is 1.35–2.1 m deep. There is an outdoor shower, a garden with eight sun loungers, a terrace with a sunshade, a barbecue area, a table-tennis table and a children's playground. The plot is fenced and has no direct neighbours. Free Wi-Fi and free outdoor parking for three cars are available.

Vilafranca de Bonany is in central Mallorca and has a small grocery store. Manacor and Sineu offer larger supermarkets, shops and restaurants. Bonany hill, between Vilafranca and Petra, has a hermitage and views across the island.

The Ecotasa tourist tax is mandatory and payable in cash on site at check-in: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season.
