The house

The fenced rural property offers privacy, a chlorine pool measuring 8 × 4 metres with depths from 0.2 to 1.7 metres, sun loungers and an outdoor shower. A furnished porch stands beside the pool, and a second furnished porch provides a table and chairs for outdoor dining and barbecues.

The spacious living room opens onto the dining area and Majorcan-style kitchen. The living area has sofas and satellite television; the equipped kitchen includes a glass-ceramic hob, oven and microwave. One bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub; the other has two single beds. Both bedrooms have air conditioning, wardrobes and space for a cot and high chair. A separate bathroom has a shower. The independent laundry room contains a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Free Wi-Fi and free outdoor parking for three cars are available.
