House rules

Hotel rooms are non-smoking. Pet access depends on room category: pets are not accepted in some rooms, including the Steinbach villa, suite and roulotte. The Hisel house is entirely non-smoking and does not accept pets. The attic room on the third floor has no elevator access and cannot accommodate an extra bed or baby cot; the single room also cannot accommodate an extra bed or baby cot. A baby cot is possible in some family apartments.

Getting there

The hotel is in Niedersteinbach, in the Bas-Rhin department, in the Northern Vosges Regional Nature Park. The Château du Fleckenstein and the Maginot Line are nearby. The PMR room is on the ground floor and described as wheelchair-accessible; the restaurant is wheelchair-accessible.
