Check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00; late arrival is possible on request, with remote welcome available for late arrivals. Check-out is by 10:30. Luggage may be dropped off before arrival and after departure. For longer stays, room linen is changed every four days; more frequent changes are available on request as an optional service. The city tourist tax is €1.15 per person per night and is not included.
Getting there
The property is at 28 rue Boulan, in central Bordeaux. Local sites, museums, shops, cafés and restaurants are within a 15-minute walk. Public transport is nearby for travel to more distant places, the station and the airport. The building has two floors accessed by a period staircase. Montrose is on the ground floor and is described as designed to accommodate guests with reduced mobility, with a PMR-standard walk-in shower; this room-specific description does not establish step-free access throughout the property.
