House rules
No smoking. Parties and events are not allowed. Groups of young people up to age 18 are not accepted. Pets under 15 kg are accepted, except animals of breeds classified as dangerous. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to provide your expected arrival time and arrange key handover. In low season, arrival and departure times may be flexible by arrangement. The refundable security deposit is €800 per booking, secured by card pre-authorisation. Hoomy concierge service fee: 10% of the booking. Optional services: cancellation insurance 5.5% of the booking; kitchen towels €2 per booking; towel set €7 per booking; linen for a double bed €18 per booking; linen for a single bed €14 per booking; end-of-stay cleaning €170 per booking; bath mat €3 per booking. Tourist tax is included in the total price. Bed linen and towels are not supplied unless ordered as an option.
Getting there
Kervert Beach is 1.5 km away and Fogeo Beach is 2 km away. The Port du Crouesty and Arzon town centre are 4 km away. Three private parking spaces are available.
