## About the house

Furnished 110 m² house with four upstairs bedrooms, a 35 m² living area, an equipped separate kitchen, a closed garden, a 15 m² terrace and a barbecue. The kitchen has a refrigerator, freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and two coffee makers. The living room has sofas and a decorative fireplace. There are two bathrooms: one with a shower and one with a bathtub and toilet, plus a separate second toilet upstairs. A washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and hair dryer are provided. Three private parking spaces are available. Bed linen and towels are not provided; optional linen can be ordered for the stay, with no renewal. An electric-vehicle charging outlet is not provided; domestic sockets must not be used for charging.

Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to provide your expected arrival time and arrange key handover. In low season, arrival and departure times may be flexible by arrangement. The refundable security deposit is €800 per booking, secured by card pre-authorisation. Hoomy concierge service fee: 10% of the booking. Optional services: cancellation insurance 5.5% of the booking; kitchen towels €2 per booking; towel set €7 per booking; linen for a double bed €18 per booking; linen for a single bed €14 per booking; end-of-stay cleaning €170 per booking; bath mat €3 per booking. Tourist tax is included in the total price. Bed linen and towels are not supplied unless ordered as an option.
