House rules
Minimum rental period: one month. For stays of 30 days or longer, an €80 surcharge applies for non-responsible use of domestic services such as water, electricity and gas. A mandatory tourist tax is included in the final price; if it was not collected at reservation, it must be paid at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Guests must collect keys at the Welcome Center in Lisbon and provide ID or passport information at check-in.
Getting there
The apartment is on the second floor. Marquês de Pombal and Rato subway stations are nearby; Marquês de Pombal square, Edward VII Park and Liberdade Avenue are within walking distance.
