How do arrival and departure transfers work?
Coordinated transfers include airport pickup, ground transportation to the river port and canoe travel along the Madre de Dios River on arrival and departure. Included access transfers require arrival between 11:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Check-out is by 8:00 a.m., with return to the city around 10:00 a.m.
Which additional excursions are available?
Extra-cost options include the Chuncho Macaw Clay Lick, Lake Sandoval, the Canopy Walkway Luxury Collection experience, piranha fishing at Lake Valencia, the seasonal Pampas Heath Macaw Clay Lick, a cacao and artisanal chocolate tour, seasonal visits to a Brazil nut harvesting area, and other specialized excursions.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made less than 15 days before arrival are non-refundable.
How does Wynwood House provide check-in and guest assistance?
Wynwood House states that check-in is fully automated and assistance is available through its digital concierge 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
