Atrium House offers an airy, stylish and thoughtfully designed retreat for up to 9 guests, suited to families, friends or couples wanting extra space. The property lists 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Sleeping arrangements: • Master bedroom upstairs: a king-sized bed in a spacious, peaceful room with plenty of natural light. • Second bedroom downstairs: 2 queen-sized beds. • Surfer Suite: a full-sized bed. • Living room: two twin beds in an optional setup for additional guests or children. The modern private bathroom facilities include hot water, fresh towels and essentials for refreshing after beach days. The spacious living and dining area has comfortable seating, cable TV and fast Wi-Fi for remote work, movies or relaxing. The flexible living room can also serve as an additional sleeping area at night. The house is intended as a peaceful, stylish place to relax, recharge and reconnect with nature, whether visiting for family time, remote work or a romantic break.

The full kitchen has a stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, blender and cooking utensils, suitable for preparing anything from simple breakfasts to full dinners at your own pace. The house is just steps from the pool. Direct beach access invites barefoot walks along Playa Corona or a morning coffee while watching the sunrise over the ocean. A BBQ is available for relaxed meals under the palm trees.

Visits are not allowed. For security reasons, only guests booked and reported on the official reservation list have access to the complex. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee depending on the requested time. A complimentary starter set of shampoo, conditioner, soap and toilet paper is provided on arrival. Once these initial supplies run out, guests must purchase their own toiletries for the remainder of the stay. The minimum stay is 1 night and the maximum stay is 365 nights. Check-in starts at 3 p.m.; check-out is at 11 a.m.

By bus: buses depart regularly from Panama City's Albrook Bus Terminal toward destinations such as San Carlos or Coronado. The journey typically takes 1 hour and 20 minutes to 1 hour and 40 minutes, depending on the route and stops. From your stop, local taxis can provide the onward trip to the property. By taxi or private transfer: a direct journey typically takes around 1 hour and 30 minutes. Fares vary, so confirm the price before departure. Ask about the property's private driver options. Communication hours are 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. The team will do its best to answer messages outside these hours. In an emergency, you may call at any time. If staff are not on site, they will do everything possible to assist remotely until they can arrive in person. This is accommodation in an apartment-style setting, not a hotel; please treat the space with respect. The team will try to address problems as soon as possible, but no one lives on site 24/7.
