House rules

This is an entire-home booking; individual rooms cannot be booked. Guests cannot access the kitchen, except for limited access for mothers of infants or small children to boil milk or prepare their children's meals. Keep noise mild and within the villa out of respect for neighbors. Outside food and self-cooking are subject to the kitchen-access restriction. Pets are allowed under a pet contract.
