House rules
No smoking. Dogs must be well-behaved and housebroken; cats are not allowed. Published pet allowance: four maximum, with two extra pets allowed for $100 each plus tax per week. Check-in and check-out are on Saturdays.
Getting there
The home is three lots from the ocean. Beach access is at Wave Arch North Access. Ocean Lake is within walking distance of multiple beach accesses. Parking is limited to six vehicles.
