Level 1 has a twin ensuite bedroom, a bedroom with a double/twin bunk and trundle, a separate full bathroom with a shower/tub combination, and a recreation room with a pool table. Level 2 has four ensuite bedrooms, each with deck access, plus a sitting area and laundry. Level 3 has two ensuite bedrooms, a half bathroom, a great room, a kitchen and a dining area seating 18. Outdoor facilities include a private outdoor pool, hot tub, fenced-in yard, outdoor shower, basketball hoop, outdoor furniture, and gas and charcoal grills. Five beach chairs are provided. Ocean Lake community amenities include an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, tennis courts and pickleball courts, as well as a seven-acre stocked fishing lake. The kitchen includes dishes, utensils, cookware, a dishwasher, microwave, blender, drip coffee maker and toaster. Bed linens, bath towels, pillows, blankets, an iron and ironing board are provided. The home has central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, multiple televisions, cable and streaming TV, municipal water and keyless entry. The decks were refreshed for the 2026 season. The gas fireplace is available January 1–April 25 and October 9–December 31 in 2026, and January 1–April 23 and October 9–December 31 in 2027.
