Listing description
The recently renovated apartment is on the first floor of a building with a lift and has two internal levels. The open-plan living room has high ceilings, a large window, blue-toned furnishings, a double sofa bed, an armchair and a TV.
The adjoining kitchen includes a dining table, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, fridge and freezer. A full bathroom with a large shower is on the entrance level. Stairs from the living room lead to the mezzanine sleeping area, which has a queen-size bed and exposed stonework.
Free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, a washing machine, iron and hairdryer are available. A cot and high chair are available on request for 25€ per stay, per item. Local experiences can be arranged on request.
Piazza Principe train station is 1 km away, and Genoa airport is a 15-minute drive away.
