The recently renovated apartment is on the first floor of a building with an elevator. Its open-plan living area has pink decor, high ceilings, a large window and a double sofa bed. The open kitchen includes a dining table, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. The main level also has a bathroom with a large shower and a hairdryer.
Stairs from the living area lead to the mezzanine sleeping area, which has a queen-size bed and floral wallpaper. The apartment accommodates four guests. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine and an iron are available.
A cot and high chair are available on request for 25€ per stay, per item. Piazza Principe train station is 1 km away, and Genoa airport is a 15-minute drive away.
