The house

The studio has a queen-size Murphy bed and a full-size sofa bed. It sleeps two comfortably and accommodates a maximum of four, best suited to a family with two children. The Murphy bed folds into a cabinet to create additional living space. Comfortable furnishings, rustic accents and numerous windows furnish the open-plan interior.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove and oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kitchen basics and dishwasher. A dining table seats four, with two additional stools at the kitchen counter. Armchairs and a sofa provide seating, with cable TV, a sound system, books and board games for entertainment.

The full bathroom has a stand-up shower and a private washer and dryer. Heating, Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, fresh towels and an iron are provided. There is no air conditioning. The studio has a private entrance, self check-in and parking for one car. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit.

Dollar Mountain skiing is one mile away, and nearby mountains and parks offer summer hiking. Sun Valley Golf Course and Sun Valley Mall are nearby. Stand-up paddleboards can be rented at Sun Valley Lake, across the street from the studio.
