How far is the hotel from the beach?
The beach is one block away, a convenient and quick walk.
What amenities are offered?
The hotel offers a swimming pool, outdoor spa tub, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, concierge services, and complimentary breakfast.
Is parking available?
There is no on-site parking. Free street parking is available first-come, first-served, and paid parking lots are within walking distance.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 11:00 AM. Late checkout can be requested at the front desk for a fee, subject to availability.
Are pets allowed?
Yes. Pets must be leashed outside the room and kept in a kennel or carrier in shared areas.
Do the rooms have ocean views?
No. The hotel has no rooms with ocean views.
Is there a restaurant on-site?
The hotel does not have its own restaurant. Its sister property, Acacia Boutique Hotel, has Niche Restaurant, which serves breakfast, brunch, and dinner.
How do I get from the airport to the hotel?
Taxi or Uber is suggested. The hotel is approximately 10–15 minutes away by car from Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport.
