House rules
No smoking, vaping, pets or parties. The minimum age to rent is 21. All guests must complete a pre-check-in form and provide official photographic identification before arrival. Standard check-in is from 15:00 to 21:00; request check-in outside these hours in advance. Check-in between 21:00 and 23:00 incurs an additional fee. A baby cot and highchair are available for hire. Late checkout is available.
Getting there
The apartment is on the third floor with lift access. Parking is metered street parking outside the building. Hyde Park and Regent's Park are within walking distance; the West End is a short cab or bus ride away.
