House rules
No smoking, vaping, pets or parties. The minimum age to rent the property is 21. All guests must complete a pre-check-in form and provide official photographic ID before arrival. The double sofa bed sleeps two additional guests and must be requested at booking, with an additional charge. Standard check-in is from 15:00 to 21:00; contact the host to request arrival outside these hours. Check-in between 21:00 and 23:00 incurs an additional fee. A baby cot and highchair are available for hire. Cancellations at least 30 days before check-in receive a full refund; cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in receive a 50% refund; cancellations less than 14 days before check-in receive no refund.
Getting there
The home spans four floors with stairs throughout, and upper floors are accessible only by stairs. Occasional low-level noise may be heard from the nearby Underground line. No parking is available. Sloane Square station is a five-minute walk away.
