The living room has a 17-foot-high ceiling and a usable gas fireplace with bay/ocean views. Bedding, linens, bath towels and pool/beach towels are provided. The renovated, fully equipped kitchen includes a Viking refrigerator, Asko dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, stove, oven, microwave, cookware, dishes and silverware. Central air conditioning, heating, hot water, Wi-Fi, a washer, dryer, hair dryer and ironing equipment are available. Outdoor facilities include a heated saltwater pool, upgraded outdoor furniture, lounge chairs, a patio with a table, chairs and umbrella, and a gas grill. The backyard is fenced, but the pool is not fenced. A kayak, beach chairs and beach cart are available for guest use. Shinnecock Bay is half a block away. Additional guests require express approval, and a fee of $150.00 per person per night may apply. Events require express approval. Events, commercial activities and other non-traditional uses, including rotating guest groups during a stay, require prior written host approval and may incur additional fees or an increased security deposit. Utility fees are included, but guests are responsible for excessive usage, defined as utility costs over $135.00 per reservation night. For stays longer than seven nights, one cleaning per week is mandatory at the guest’s expense.
