Is cleaning service required?
Cleaning service by qualified staff is mandatory. Groups of up to six people require one staff member, groups of more than six require two, and groups of more than twelve require three. The service is not mandatory for check-ins after 3:00 PM and check-outs before 11:00 AM; these conditions are not stated check-in or check-out times.
How does check-in work, and what support is available?
Wynwood House provides a fully automated check-in process and assistance through its digital concierge, available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
What transport options does Wynwood House suggest?
Wynwood House suggests Uber or Cabify for car travel and offers a chauffeur service that can be requested by the day, by the hour or for a specific pickup.
