House rules
No smoking, pets, parties or events. All checking-in guests must submit a passport or valid ID as required by Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism (DET). A security deposit of 2500 د.إ is collected on arrival and returned 7–14 days after checkout, subject to a damage inspection. Cancellation is free until 14 days before arrival; cancellation within 14 days of arrival incurs the total reservation price.
Getting there
Beach access is available at Emaar Beachfront. The apartment is near Dubai Marina, Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Eye.
