Payment is due 24 hours before arrival. Standard, Comfort and Family rooms are non-smoking. For refundable and weekly tariffs, cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before arrival. For a same-day cancellation, the hotel may retain the first night's charge. For a one-night booking cancelled on the arrival date, no refund is provided. Early arrival from 12:00 may be free if a room is available; arrival from 08:00 to 14:00 costs 50% of the daily room rate, and early arrival more than six hours before check-in costs 100% of the daily room rate. Late departure from 12:00 to 18:00 costs 50% of the daily room rate; a delay of more than six hours costs 100% of the daily room rate.
