House rules
Pets are not allowed. The reservation holder must be at least 25 years old, hold a valid credit card, and stay in the unit. Smoking is not allowed in the units. A 2–5 night minimum stay applies depending on the property or season. Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. The unit is self-housekeeping, with no service during the stay. A damage deposit of $500–$2,000 is pre-authorized on the credit card on arrival and released after departure inspection.
Getting there
The Aspens has ski-in/ski-out access. Upper Village is a 5-minute walk, 3-minute drive, or 5-minute bus ride away. Main Village is a 15-minute walk, 5-minute drive, or 10-minute bus ride away. Pay parking is available, with a garage height limit of 6 feet 6 inches.
