A $500–$2000 damage deposit is pre-authorized on the credit card on arrival and released after inspection on departure. This is a self-housekeeping unit with no service during the stay; additional cleaning can be arranged for an extra fee. Minimum stays are 2–5 nights depending on the property or season.
