House rules
Maximum occupancy is 14. Everyone must be over 25 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties and events are prohibited. A credit card preauthorization of $3,500.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Packages and ski gear may not be shipped to the home. Shipping to the local management address is available upon request for $45 / package; luggage and skis are for guest pickup only, and additional UPS fees may apply. Contact the Reservation Team for details. Reservations require electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions. For stays exceeding eight days, the Reservation Team will arrange an In-Stay Refresh and collect payment. Stays of thirty nights or longer require additional cleaning, arranged by the Reservation Team, and are non-refundable. Long-term stays are allowed.
Getting there
There are many stairs, and bedrooms are spread over multiple floors; guests with mobility difficulties and young children may have trouble navigating. Walk approximately 250 yards down the street to the free shuttle for the ski area or hiking trails. In summer, the hiking trail next to the home leads into town. Parking is limited to four cars in the garage and driveway; street parking may result in tickets or towing.
