# Aspenglow Chalet Above Downtown Breckenridge, Colorado, United States (general area) ## About the house The 4,284-square-foot hillside home has mountain views, a great room with floor-to-ceiling windows, high ceilings and a fireplace, and an outdoor hot tub. The remodeled, equipped kitchen opens to a dining area seating twelve, with two additional seats at the breakfast bar. Kitchen equipment includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, standard drip coffee maker and tea kettle; cooking basics and dishes are provided. A ground-floor theater and game room provides indoor entertainment, including a pool table and foosball. Two bedrooms are on the ground floor, with the remaining three upstairs. The two king bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms; the main bedroom's bathroom has a soaking tub, shower and dual vanity. A bunk room and a common-area sofa bed provide additional sleeping options. The home also has a balcony, grill, ski storage, televisions, heating, a washer and dryer, linens and towels. A desk/workspace and free Wi-Fi are available. A free shuttle stop approximately 250 yards down the street serves the ski area and hiking trails. In summer, a hiking trail beside the home leads into town. Parking is limited to four cars in the garage and driveway; street parking may result in tickets or towing. Maximum occupancy is 14. Everyone must be over 25 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties and events are prohibited. A credit card preauthorization of $3,500.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Packages and ski gear may not be shipped to the home. Shipping to the local management address is available upon request for $45 / package; luggage and skis are for guest pickup only, and additional UPS fees may apply.
