Asian House is an 11,000-square-foot villa with Asian-inspired design, ocean views, nine bedrooms, and space for up to 18 guests. The villa offers Wi-Fi, an office with fax and printer, a movie theater, a fitness room, a sauna and steam room, a massage room, and a Sonos speaker system. Two housekeeping staff provide daily cleaning from 9:00 to 17:00, and from 13:00 to 17:00 on Sundays. A 32-foot powerboat with captain, private chef, and massage services are available for an additional cost.
