House rules
No smoking. No pets allowed. Sunday check-in and checkout. Early check-in is optional, subject to limited weekly availability and an additional fee. Children must not ride the elevator unattended or play in or around it; never enter the elevator hoistway or operate the elevator if its locking system is faulty or the ride or sounds are abnormal. The gas fireplace is available January 1–April 26 and October 10–December 31 in 2026, and January 1–April 24 and October 10–December 31 in 2027.
Getting there
The home is one house away from the beach. The community beach walkway is one house over in the cul-de-sac, with beach access via Four Seasons South Access. Parking is limited to five vehicles. Elevator dimensions and weight capacity are not guaranteed to be ADA compliant; steps or thresholds may be required for access.
