House rules
Maximum occupancy is five; the second bedroom's trundle bed is more suited to a child. Babies, toddlers and children are welcome. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Cancellation at least five days before check-in receives a full refund; cancellation less than five days before arrival receives no refund.
Getting there
Ladbroke Grove tube station is less than ten minutes away. Stairs lead from street level to the small lift serving the third floor. Traffic can often be heard through closed windows because many windows face a main road. Communal areas show wear and tear. Construction opposite the building is not audible. Heating is controlled by the building management company.
